Power Hour Yoga is a dynamic vinyasa based class which focuses on building strength & resilience in our bodies & minds. Each class features creative movements drawing from yoga, calisthenics & mobility disciplines designed to elevate the lives of all from elite athletes to busy people with active lifestyles.

Yoga Strength + Mobility classes are progressive explorations into an evolving array of movement styles. Our sessions include balance, strength, coordination and playful improvisation. We increase creativity and expand beyond comfort zones. We approach practice with open minds toward physical and mental development. Always breath work, occasional partnering.
